  • Research and identify investment opportunities to include innovative technologies that enable talent acquisition strategies, brand awareness and acquisitions.

  • Partner with leadership to develop offshore RPO, campus, military, H1B sponsorship and diversity and inclusion strategy that integrates into all talent acquisition processes.

  • Initiate and develop partnerships with appropriate talent sources nationwide.
